No-account file transfer

Transfer files without creating an account.

8ma Quick Transfer does not ask the sender or receiver to sign up. Open the site, choose a file, and give the other person a way to receive it. The service is currently free.

The short answer

Choose a file in 8ma Quick Transfer. Use Nearby Sharing on the same WiFi, or send a link, QR code, or 8-character pickup code. The receiver opens the site and confirms the download.

Transfer without signing in

  1. Open 8ma Quick Transfer on the sending device and choose the file.
  2. Use Nearby Sharing, a link, QR code, or pickup code.
  3. The receiver opens the site and confirms the download while both pages stay open.

Why is no account required?

Each transfer uses a temporary receiving option. The receiver does not need to add a contact, bind a phone number, share an account, or install another app.

Does the file stay online?

8ma Quick Transfer does not create a long-lived downloadable copy. Both pages remain open during transfer, and the share ends with the session.

What are the limits of the free service?

8ma Quick Transfer is currently free. Desktop Chrome and Edge support files up to 100 GB. Actual speed and availability depend on the devices, browser, and network conditions.
